The tree has moderate growth vigor, forming a spreading crown up to 6 meters in height. The variety is self-incompatible and requires pollinator trees. For normal development, it needs light, well-drained soils and protected planting sites, preferably near the southern or western walls of buildings.

The fruits are medium to large in size, oval or pear-shaped. The skin is smooth, green in color, lightening to a pale yellow-green shade upon ripening, sometimes with a blush. Harvesting is carried out in October; consumption is possible from December to February after a post-ripening period.

The flesh is white, juicy, tender, and buttery in consistency. The variety is characterized by a sweet taste and pleasant aroma, intended primarily for fresh consumption.
