Variety description

The variety is a vigorous tree with a spreading crown of oval or round-oval shape, reaching 8–15 meters in height. It has a powerful root system and oval-ovoid leaves with a serrated edge.

Fruits are small, round or chair-shaped, often with a constriction at the stalk. The skin at maturity is light yellow with patches of russeting. The flesh is firm, tart-sweet in taste, suitable for the production of juices, wine, and liqueurs.

The variety is classified as late summer or autumn; the harvest is collected in September–October. The fruits have a short shelf life. The crop is resistant to winds, winter-hardy (down to -28.8 °C), and undemanding regarding soil conditions.
