The variety Luglia is an early-summer variety and ripens in July. The fruits are of medium or small size, characterized by a pear-shaped or ovate form. The skin of the fruit is yellow with a possible red blush on the sunny side.

The pear flesh is white, juicy and fine-grained, possessing a sweet taste and aroma. The variety is not suitable for long-term storage and is intended primarily for fresh consumption within the scope of home gardening.
