The tree has vigorous growth and forms a broad pyramidal crown. The variety enters bearing early and is characterized by stable yield. The plant is self-incompatible; for pollination, varieties such as «Williams», «Coscia», «Santa Maria» and «Abate Fetel» are recommended. The variety is well compatible with quince rootstocks.

Fruits ripen in late July — early August, have a classic pear-like shape and a weight of about 140–150 g. The thin skin is colored light green or yellow-green with a possible reddish blush. The flesh is melting, juicy, with a sweet or sweet-and-sour taste. The variety is moderately susceptible to scab; the fruit storage period is limited to one month.
