The tree is medium-sized, with a compact spherical crown and good vigor. The variety is compatible with quince rootstocks and requires the presence of pollinators such as Williams, Abate Fetel, or Butirra.

Fruits weighing 150–230 g (up to 300 g) have a classic or elongated pear shape. The thin skin turns yellow-green upon ripening with a possible diffused blush. The juicy, buttery flesh of a white or yellowish hue has a dessert taste.

The variety is intended for fresh consumption; the fruits are distinguished by their transportability and can be stored in a refrigerator for up to two months. Disease resistance varies, and moderate sensitivity to late spring frosts is noted.
