The tree is of medium vigor, forming a sparse crown that is easily pruned and not prone to thickening. The variety is compatible with quince rootstock; on seedling rootstock, it enters fruiting in the 4–5th year.
Fruits weighing 65–90 g have a pear-shaped or elongated-pear shape. Skin color is greenish-yellow with a diffused blush. The flesh is cream-colored, juicy, semi-buttery, and aromatic. Harvest maturity in the conditions of Kyiv occurs in the third ten-day period of July.
The variety possesses high winter hardiness. Fruits are not susceptible to scab; under unfavorable conditions, leaf infection is possible. The best pollinators are the varieties Lyubimitsa Klappa, Konferentsiya, and Goverla.
