The berries are large, oval-shaped, greenish-yellow in color with thin skin and soft flesh with a sweet-sour taste. The variety belongs to the early group; the harvest ripens in August.
The plant possesses high winter hardiness and is suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones. Compared to a number of other old varieties, it has fewer thorns.
