The variety was bred in Canada by crossing the varieties Nootka and Glen Prosen. The plant forms vigorous bushes 1.5 to 2.2 meters in height. The canes are characterized by strength and the presence of a small number of spines.

The berries have a mass of 5–7 g and are characterized by an elongated-conical shape, bright red color, and a glossy surface. The fruits possess high firmness, good transportability, and a dessert flavor.

The variety is sensitive to root rots. Frost resistance is assessed ambiguously; in a number of regions, covering the canes is required to prevent freezing. The produce has a universal purpose and is suitable for professional cultivation.
