The garden raspberry Valentina (Rubus idaeus) is a vigorous bush 1.5–2.5 m tall with erect canes, almost devoid of prickles. The berries have a yellow-orange color, a round-conical shape, and a weight of 5–8 g. The flesh is firm, sweet, with a distinct aroma; transportability is high. The variety has winter hardiness down to -24 °C and resistance to major diseases.
The arctic bramble Valentina (Rubus arcticus) is a low-growing herbaceous plant 5–15 cm tall, which is used as a groundcover crop. The variety has no prickles and forms small aromatic red berries. The plant is used both for harvesting and for decorative purposes for landscaping areas.
