The variety is early-ripening, with fruiting occurring from the second half of July to early August. The plant forms relatively compact bushes about 120 cm tall. A characteristic development feature is the ability to flower at the tips without a prior chilling period.

The berries are red, small, sweet, and have a sufficiently firm consistency. The variety possesses high winter hardiness, corresponding to Norwegian zones H6–H7. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and freezing. The pedigree includes the variety Newburgh.
