The variety is a hybrid of the Washington and Willamette varieties. The plant has high growth vigor, is prone to active root sucker formation, and has prickly canes.

The fruits are medium-sized, round in shape, bright red with a glossy finish, and are characterized by a sweet-and-sour taste. The variety is self-fertile and intended for summer harvest.
