The variety is a hybrid of Salix viminalis and is related to the Olof variety. The primary purpose of the crop is biomass production; however, due to the characteristics of its form, the plant can also be used for creating hedges and screens.

The plant has a very upright habit. The variety is characterized by rapid growth, reaching a height of approximately 3.7 meters in the first year after coppicing. The crop forms a large number of straight shoots on which side branches are almost entirely absent, which facilitates subsequent processing.

Under trial conditions, the variety shows an average yield of approximately 12.05 odt/ha/year. The level of resistance to diseases and pests is assessed as moderate.
