The period from emergence to harvest is 180–200 days, with harvesting conducted from October to March. The roots are 30–40 cm long and are characterized by a cylindrical shape, uniformity, and a smooth surface.
The plant possesses resistance to premature bolting and is capable of overwintering in the soil. Deeply tilled light sandy soils without stones are required for the formation of high-quality roots.
When the skin is damaged, a sticky white milky sap is released. The variety is suitable for various types of culinary processing, including boiling and stewing, as well as for freezing.
