The root crops have a good consistency and a smooth surface. During the vegetation period, the plant height is from 80 to 120 cm. The variety is also known under the name "Einjährige Riesen" and the Danish name "Enårig Kæmpe".
The roots of the variety are used for food as a side dish or an ingredient for salads. In terms of taste characteristics, this variety differs significantly from many other representatives of the culture.
