The variety is intended for sowing in spring during the period from April to May. Harvesting is carried out from October to February. The height of the vegetative part of the plants is from 30 to 50 cm.
The root vegetables are characterized by a smooth surface, straight shape, and delicate nutty taste. The variety is resistant to hollowing, and the root vegetables are suitable for long-term storage and freezing. The plants are winter-hardy; leaving the crop in the soil for the winter is permitted.
In cooking, the root vegetables are used boiled, fried, in soups and gratins. Young leaves can be consumed in salads.
