The variety is a winter tetraploid form of rye. It was bred at the Institute of Agriculture and Seed Science in Skopje.
The variety is known as a crop historically registered in regional registers of the Balkan region countries, however, detailed morphological characteristics, indicators of resistance to diseases and lodging are absent in open sources.
