Variety description

The plant forms dense cushion-like bushes 35–45 cm in diameter with fleshy rounded leaves. Flowering occurs in August–October; the flowers are small, star-shaped, dark pink or bright pink, gathered in corymbose inflorescences.
The variety is drought-tolerant, undemanding, performs well in poor soils, and is resistant to diseases and pests. It reacts poorly to waterlogging. It possesses high frost resistance (USDA zone 4, down to -34°C), and the clumps maintain their shape and do not fall apart during the summer season.
