Variety description

The plant forms a compact upright bush with a height of 40 to 60 cm and a width of up to 60 cm. Stems are colored purple or burgundy. Leaves are dense, fleshy, elongated in shape with a serrated edge, dark green in color, sometimes with a purple hue or margin.
Flowering occurs from June-July to September. Small flowers of mauve-pink or bright pink shades are gathered in large umbelliform corymbose inflorescences with a diameter of 15–20 cm.
The variety is winter-hardy, withstands frosts down to –35 °C (hardiness zone 4) and is drought-resistant. It prefers well-drained loamy soils. Used in landscape design for borders, mixed borders, rock gardens, alpine slides and container plantings.
