Variety description

The plant forms a dense, upright-growing bush with strong fleshy stems. The broad, leathery leaves have a dark purple, violet-red, or almost black hue, maintaining their decorative appearance throughout the season. Small, star-shaped flowers are gathered in dense corymbose inflorescences, colored in shades ranging from pink to dark coral.

The variety blooms from July to October. It prefers sunny locations, where leaf coloration becomes most intense, but tolerates light shading. The plant is characterized by drought tolerance, winter hardiness (USDA zones 3–4), and disease resistance when grown in well-drained soils.

Used for landscaping flower beds, borders, rock gardens, and rockeries; suitable for container cultivation and cut flowers.
