Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant forms a compact erect bush with blue-green fleshy serrated leaves. Sturdy stems possess high resistance to lodging. The inflorescences are large corymbs 10–12 cm in diameter, consisting of purple-pink or mauve-crimson flowers with whitish buds.

Flowering of the variety occurs from July to October. The plant is characterized by high winter hardiness, drought tolerance, and heat tolerance. In case of excessive moisture, rot is possible; the variety may also be subject to attacks by snails and slugs.

The variety is used in landscape design for borders, rock gardens, creating mass plantings, and cultivation in containers. The flower stalks retain their decorative appeal in the winter period; the plant is also suitable for cutting and is a honey plant.
