The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties Kardal and Sapolia. In the official classifications of the Bundessortenamt, the maturity group is defined as mid-early to mid-late.
The plant belongs to the table use type. Morphologically, the variety is distinguished by the yellow color of the tuber flesh and a light yellow shade of the skin, and also possesses confirmed genetic resistance to nematodes of the species Ro1 and Ro4.
