The plant is of an upright type, forming an average of 3–4 stems with bushy light green leaves. Sprouts are light purple with slight pubescence. Eyes on the tubers are shallow.
The variety is suitable for culinary purposes, export, and processing. Yield in the conditions of Bangladesh is 25–35 t/ha. The material is also used in research on in vitro micropropagation.
