Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the mid-early group. The plant is characterized by slow development at the initial stage followed by rapid growth. The tubers have an oval shape, are uniform in size and have good culinary qualities, belonging to type B when boiled and showing slight darkening.

The variety possesses broad resistance to potato cyst nematodes. Foliage resistance to late blight is assessed as medium, requiring fungicidal protection. Regarding rhizoctonia, seed treatment is recommended. Before planting, it is advisable to warm the tubers for 3–4 days to avoid the consequences of sprout breakage.

Due to a very long dormancy period, the variety is suitable for long-term storage. Recommended for cultivation on medium and high-quality soils with uniform moisture.
