Variety description

The tubers of the variety have a long-oval shape and shallow eyes. The flesh is colored blue or purple, which is due to a high content of anthocyanins.
The light sprout is characterized by a broadly cylindrical shape, a closed tip type, and sparse pubescence at the base. The peduncle has weak anthocyanin coloration, and the inner side of the corolla has medium coloration.
The variety is intended for table use, including boiling, as well as for industrial processing into chips. Research is aimed at studying the antioxidant properties of the product.
