The tubers have an oblong kidney shape, white skin, and white flesh. The variety is characterized as a table potato and is valued for its texture, which allows for use in boiling and preparing salads.
In the 20th century, the variety was of great commercial importance and was actively used in export agriculture, particularly in the Sa Pobla region. Currently, it is classified as a heritage variety.
