The variety belongs to the mid-early group and is intended for use in the autumn-winter period. The potato is suitable for various types of culinary processing, including the preparation of salads and mashed potatoes. High yield and the ability to maintain culinary qualities during storage are noted, although after 150 days of storage at 4 °C, changes in the culinary type may occur.
The plant possesses high resistance to potato wart (Synchytrium endobioticum). It shows medium resistance to PVY and PLRV viruses, as well as to late blight (Phytophthora infestans). Under field conditions, the variety demonstrated a medium level of foliage resistance to late blight infection.
The variety was obtained through sexual hybridization and individual clonal selection, taking into account adaptation to the climatic conditions of Romania.
