The variety is the result of breeding at the Belgian research center CRA-W. It is a table potato with oval tubers featuring pinkish-red skin and light flesh. It is versatile in culinary use, including being suitable for preparing homemade french fries.
The variety belongs to the mid-early group, however, its maturity period depends on the intensity of fertilization. The main advantage of the variety is high resistance to late blight (Phytophthora infestans), which makes it promising for use in organic agriculture.
