The plant is a compact shrub 25–60 cm tall and 30–50 cm wide. The leaves are narrow and dark green in color. Flowering occurs from May-June to August; the bright pink flowers are collected in dense corymbose inflorescences. After flowering, the shrub maintains its decorative appeal thanks to its yellow-green seed heads.

The variety possesses high winter hardiness, withstanding frosts down to -30 ºC, and is resistant to powdery mildew. It prefers areas with full sun exposure but can grow in partial shade. The plant is undemanding regarding soil and is suitable for container gardening, borders, and group plantings.
