The plant has a uniform columnar growth type. A characteristic feature is the long, medium-green, slightly curled needles, which give the shrub a decorative appearance. The height of the plant reaches 1.5 meters.

The variety does not produce berries, which makes it safe for use in landscaping. The plant is winter-hardy and withstands temperatures down to -22°C. It prefers sunny or semi-shaded areas with well-drained, moist soils.

Recommended for solitary plantings, the formation of narrow hedges, and cultivation in containers or window boxes.
