Plants of this variety are tall, reaching 125–135 cm at the heading stage, and have broad leaves and awnless ears. The stem is medium-thin, with medium lodging resistance. The variety is distinguished by high tillering capacity, small grain, and a high husk content.
The variety is moderately resistant to powdery mildew and a complex of leaf spots, exhibits medium to high resistance to yellow rust and stem base diseases, with lower resistance to brown rust. Protein content in the grain is medium-high, up to 17%.
Suitable for use as green fodder, hay, or silage when harvested at the stem elongation or early heading stage. Due to its characteristics, it is widely used in organic farming.
