The variety was obtained by crossing the ANK-28A and Meritto lines. The plant's grain has a characteristic purple coloration due to a high anthocyanin content, which imparts an unusual color to processed products.
The plant possesses increased resistance to fungal diseases, as well as to adverse environmental factors, including extreme temperatures, drought, and salinization. The Zeleny sedimentation volume index is approximately 34 ml; the dough is characterized by high stability under deformation.
