The variety is characterized by high yield in maize-growing and grain-potato regions. The grain has a protein content of 13.6%, a falling number of 374 s, a specific weight of 808 g/l, an average Zeleny sedimentation volume of 41 ml, and a high loaf volume of 584 ml.

The variety has high resistance to yellow rust and eyespot, and moderate resistance to powdery mildew, brown rust, leaf septoria, and Fusarium head blight. It is distinguished by a very low accumulation of the mycotoxin DON, but shows high susceptibility to common bunt and dwarf bunt.
