Variety description

The line was created based on the Capitole variety by introducing Triticum timopheevii cytoplasm. Its purpose is to prevent self-pollination of the maternal plant, which allows for effective cross-pollination to produce hybrid seeds.
Due to the specifics of male sterility and flowering characteristics, this line may show increased susceptibility to infections, in particular to ergot, as sterile spikelets remain open longer than usual.
