The variety is winter and belongs to the medium-early maturity group. The plant has a medium straw length and possesses very good winter hardiness and tillering capacity. Resistance to lodging is rated as medium to good.

The general-purpose variety is characterized by a good profile of resistance to leaf and spike diseases, including Fusarium, as well as resistance to the orange wheat blossom midge. The variety was obtained by crossing Qplus and Hereford.
