The variety was created at the Agricultural Research Institute of the South-East (Saratov). The pedigree of the variety includes a combination of Albidum 28 / Lutescens 401 // Saratovskaya 55 / 3 / L 503. It belongs to the mid-season varieties.

The plant belongs to the lutescens variety with a semi-erect habit. The spike is white, cylindrical in shape, of medium density, non-pubescent, and has awn-like appendages at the apex. The grain is red, elongated-ovate in shape with a medium crease.

The variety possesses high resistance to lodging, shattering, and grain sprouting in the ear. The genotype contains resistance genes to leaf rust, powdery mildew, and viruses. The level of drought tolerance is medium.

Based on grain quality characteristics, the variety is classified as a strong wheat and is intended for the production of high-quality food products.
