The Flippen variety is a Swedish spring common wheat variety. In scientific literature, it is used as a research object in field trials where its response to abiotic stresses, such as drought and heat, is studied.
During the studies, analyses of the baking properties of the variety are conducted, including the study of gluten protein composition and dough stability parameters. A detailed description of agronomic traits, such as plant height or specific disease resistance indicators, is absent in open publications.
