The grain has a test weight of about 80 kg/hl, protein content of 13–14.5%, and gluten content of 29–32%. Quality indicators include a falling number of 370 s and dough strength W 320–350.
Intensive technologies are recommended for cultivation. Optimal sowing dates are from late September to mid-October with a seeding rate of 180–200 kg/ha.
