Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety was developed at the Cereal Research Institute in Szeged by crossing the parent forms GK Kincső and GK István. The breeding process is based on the use of biotechnological methods to create doubled haploids.

The plant has excellent lodging resistance. Genetic resistance to stem rust is provided by the presence of the Sr36 gene. The variety is intended for intensive farming conditions.
