The plant reaches a height of 85–90 cm. The ear is bearded, moderately waxy, and acquires a straw-yellow color at maturity. The grain is red, of the starchy type. The thousand kernel weight is 40–45 g, and the test weight is 80–83 kg/hl.
The variety demonstrates good winter hardiness and medium drought tolerance. It is resistant to leaf rust, stem rust, Fusarium, and leaf spot diseases; it is moderately resistant to powdery mildew; also, a reduced susceptibility to yellow rust is noted. Yield under production conditions varies from 6.5 to 8.5 t/ha.
The wheat is intended for milling and baking production. Crude protein content is 13.0–15.5%, falling number is 350–400 s, and Zeleny index is 57–60 ml. Alveograph values (W) are in the range of 250–350 10⁻⁴ J.
