The variety was bred as a result of crossing the parental forms Barroko and Capo. The plants reach a height of 105–110 cm and have a high tillering capacity. Lodging resistance is rated as medium, therefore the use of growth regulators is recommended under intensive conditions.
The variety possesses high resistance to a complex of leaf spot diseases and rust, which allows it to be grown in crop rotation after cereals. At medium intensity, the yield is 8.1–10.6 t/ha, and at high intensity — 9.8–12.7 t/ha.
The grain belongs to quality group E (elite) with a protein content of 13.7–15.2% and gluten content of 31–34%. The sedimentation value is 53–60 ml, the falling number is 330–410 seconds, and the thousand kernel weight is 43–45 g. The variety is intended for the production of food wheat of the highest baking quality.
