In terms of phytosanitary resistance, the variety is characterized by the presence of Lr13 and Lr20 genes, which are responsible for resistance to leaf rust, and it shows resistance to head infection by the fungus Stagonospora nodorum. At the same time, the variety is classified as susceptible to Fusarium head blight.
