The winter soft wheat variety Mv Sobri was created as a result of a breeding program using a complex combination of genetic lines. The plant possesses the semi-dwarf gene Rht-B1b, which ensures reduced stem height and increased resistance to lodging.
The variety exhibits high resistance to major fungal diseases of cereals, including stem and leaf rust, as well as powdery mildew. The grain of the variety is of the food type and is suitable for use in the baking industry.
