The variety has Njinsky, Claire, Consort, and Robigus in its pedigree. It belongs to group 4 and is intended for use as feed wheat and for distillation purposes. The maturity period is two days later than standard varieties.
The plant is tall, with a lodging resistance of 7 points. It is distinguished by good grain resistance to sprouting in the ear. It has genetic resistance to the orange wheat blossom midge.
The disease resistance profile includes ratings of 8 for yellow rust, 6–7 for powdery mildew, 5 for Septoria, 6 for eyespot, and 7 for Fusarium head blight. The variety showed high yield in northern regions on various types of soil.
