The variety NS Mila is a winter soft wheat developed by the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Novi Sad. The plant is characterized by its adaptation to the climatic conditions of the Pannonian Basin and is used in scientific research on grain productivity, as well as resistance to drought, cold, and heat.
Within the framework of agronomic studies, the variety is analyzed in the context of its response to nitrogen fertilizers and compared with other members of the NS series. The variety is registered as winter soft wheat in a number of European national registers.
