The variety was bred by selection from the F6 generation obtained from crossing the French variety Aquila and the line Sav/Ren 162, originating from the varieties Savannah and Renesansa.
The plants are distinguished by reduced height and belong to the “stay-green” type, which allows the leaves to remain green longer. The variety possesses resistance to diseases and good baking properties of the grain intended for industrial use.
