The variety belongs to winter forms of soft wheat. It is characterized by a vernalization period of approximately 30–35 days. In scientific research, this genotype is noted for its resistance to powdery mildew.
Grain quality characteristics include high gluten extensibility with low swelling and sedimentation values. At the molecular-genetic level, specific alleles of the photoperiod sensitivity gene Ppd-D1 and the vernalization gene Vrn-B1 have been identified in the variety.
