The variety is semi-dwarf, with plant height ranging from 85–95 cm. It possesses high winter hardiness, exceeding the values of the "Albatros odessky" standard. The variety is characterized by high plasticity, moderate resistance to leaf rust, powdery mildew, and yellow rust, as well as low susceptibility to septoria, snow mold, barley yellow dwarf virus, and stripe mosaic.

Protein content in the grain varies from 12.6 to 16.9%, gluten content from 22.8 to 33.3%. Thousand kernel weight is 43–45 g. The variety is intended for cultivation after various predecessors, including fallow, and is effective in medium and below-average agricultural backgrounds. It is also used in breeding as a parental form.
