The Turettas variety is a form of spring soft wheat included in the official Swiss variety catalogs. Its emergence is associated with the breeding program of the organization Delley Samen und Pflanzen AG (DSP), which specializes in the development of Swiss cereal crop varieties.
Given the recent registration of the variety, detailed data on agronomic properties, such as plant height, disease resistance indicators, or grain quality parameters, have not yet been published. The variety is intended for agricultural use within programs focused on producing grain with high baking qualities.
