The Yafit variety, also known by the breeding number Hazera 112, was developed within the framework of the breeding work of the Hazera company. Historically, it was used in field studies at experimental stations in Israel in the period from 1971 to 1974.
In the literature, the variety is mentioned primarily in the context of studying resistance to fungal infections, including Zymoseptoria tritici. Detailed morphological characteristics of the plant, data on maturity group and grain quality indicators are not presented in open sources.
