The Zorza variety is mentioned in a number of Polish scientific publications, where it appeared as one of the studied samples in the analysis of genetic diversity, the evaluation of grain mechanical properties, and the study of the influence of moisture on milling processes.
Detailed morphological characteristics of the plant, data on its maturity, disease resistance, or intended use are absent in open materials. At present, the variety is considered obsolete and is not included in modern current registers.
